I ate a salad that was made with hearts of romaine store brand lettuce, croutons, organic Grape tomatoes and kraft creamy French dressing. I was the only one who ate it. I got sick about 4-5 hours after eating. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
