Bread & PB Cause Diarrhea - Jif, Mason Michigan

Bought 2 different loaves of the Brownberry Wheat bread and both caused diarrhea, same expiration date, purchased from same store.
Ate a spoonful of Jif peanut butter and shortly after had severe diarrhea. That's all I ate and it was a new jar. Had it the day before with bread and also had diarrhea but didn't realize it was the peanut butter. I should have recorded the lot # but I threw away the jar. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
