Mac and cheese Three children. 1 hr after eating. They got  diarrhea after, then abdominal pain and vomiting. Older soon also got nausea.The Mac and cheese has greenish bluish coloring in it. Took a video.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
