I ate dinner at the buffet and within two hours I was throwing it up. Throwing up all night with diarrhea in first night of your trip is sad and disappointing no to mention I feel terrible. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

We also stayed at the Melia and were very ill after having dinner at the Melia Hotel. Had to be hospitalized... diarrhea, vomiting, cramp, shivering, headache (January 2023)
