I ate it Thursday night and all Friday and all today has been horrendous. I woke up 6 times just to use the restroom. I ordered a create your own with mushroom trio, tempeh, onion and spinach woth an olive oil base. Check your temperatures on food in BOH. I have a feeling it was the mushrooms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
