Severe Foodborne Illness Symptoms - Mellow mushroom,

My boyfriend and I went to dinner at Mellow Mushroom and we each got separate orders. I got the Maui Wowie and began feeling extremely sick 2 & 1/2 hours later. It began with strong stomach pains, sweats, shaking, fever, then vomiting and diarrhea. The vomiting continued through the night, so severe that I was unable to even have time to sleep.
