Went to the MM with a group of ladies after a meeting. About an hour after I got home I got deathly sick. The next day I visited the er and was admitted for colitist onset by ecoli. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

There WAS a doctor visit (the notification email said there wasn't). I'm surprised there aren't more illnesses in this region as I don't think the health department regulates restaurants, do they?
