Were in Barcelona with the family eating paella, fruit, etc., in a restaurant from 25.01-28.01.2023, the next day we had vomiting and diarrhea. Hygiene very poor. Think hygiene and food, Barcelona, Spain | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
