On Tuesday I tried a Ryze chocolate in the form of a small square bar. And within hours I started to feel my stomach bloating and a lot of pain, gas, nausea, and reflux. Even today, Sunday, I continue with pain, inflammation in the pit of my stomach and I cannot eat anything.
