- comments: observed no hot water at handwashing sink in classroom 1 at diaper changing station,( 70. 0f), handwashing sink at all 3 handwashing sinks in classroom-3,( 69. 0f,70. 0f,73. 0f,and classroom 4,(70. 0f). Instructed hot water must be a minimium of 100. 0f. Must repair by reinspection. Priority violation issued 7-38-030(c).

- comments: observed peeling paint on walls in classroom 1. Must repair. Also missing ceiling tiles in staff washroom not being used and classroom 4. Must install missing tiles.
