Hi I am writing to report my incident in food poisoning it has happened twice now once from McDonald’s and this last time a week ago from Taco Bell chicken chalupa and the Dorito taco I got sick like five hours after I ate it the headache started first then Nausea then dizziness heart racing, my stomach was nauseous I had a bad headache had Episodes of my heart racing went to the emergency room due to me being so dizzy I almost pasted out the scariest things I’ve experienced in my life and had to get treated in the ER for food poisoning after the EGK test to see why my heart was racing I will never eat from these places again and part of me is nervous eating at all cause I never want to experience that feeling again | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache, Cramps, Dizziness
