- comments: observed womens cafeteria staff washroom without covered trash receptacle. Must provide.

54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed one outside dumpster overflowed with garbage and missing lid. Instructed outside dumpsters lids must close and be tight fitted to prevent potential pest harborage. Priority foundation 7-38-020(b).
