Had on Thursday May 6th. Friday May 7th spent the day throwing up, stomach cramps, chills and fever, and diarrhea. The stomach issues have lingered for several days. My wife had all the same symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Chills
