Had on Thursday May 6th. Friday May 7th spent the day throwing up, stomach cramps, chills and fever, and diarrhea. The stomach issues have lingered for several days. My wife had all the same symptoms.

Teriyaki Burger Illness Alert

I had a teriyaki burger with ham, onion rings, and a Diet Pepsi on 8/23/19 around 1:30pm. Afterward my stomach was cramping. Within 8 hours I had chills, fever, body aches, and major gastrointestinal distress.
