From Penns on Wednesday October 11, Three days ago I got a chicken on a stick and shrimp from the state fair Penns booth. Since Thursday Ive had severe stomach cramps, chills, fever, heavy night sweats, gagging, flatulence, lightheadeness, and weakness. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Cramps, Weakness, Chills, Flatulence, Night Sweats, Other, Lightheaded
