08/03/2024 The cheese at Mod Pizza Both me and my wife fell violently ill beginning with dizzy spells then diahrhea followed by violent throw ups. 3 to 4 rounds and different times in the middle of the night running to the bathroom. We felt like zombies in pain. my wife and I had the Garlic Bread with Cheese with the red sauce and the Greek Salad. When we got home, our heads were dizzy and with throbbing headaches as well as pain in our joints, hands, neck, and backs. The feeling was horrible and it lasted about 36hrs. Our grandson had a regular Mod pizza (Maddy) but he did not get sick eating that pizza. Coming around the bend now but what an ordeal. I will never eat there again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness, Stomach Pain, Joint Pain
