Taco Bowl Triggers Illness - Moe's Southwest grill, Mobile Alabama

On Sunday August 25th, I went to Moe’s and ordered a bowl. I had no issues. Two days later on Tuesday August 27th, I went back to the same location and ordered the same bowl. About 6 hours later my symptoms began. Abdominal bloating, cramping, and nausea. It only got worse throughout the night. Severe abdominal pain, diarrhea, and chills. I know it came from this location because it was the only meal I ate that day. Now it is Wednesday August 28th and I’m still experiencing symptoms like diarrhea and nausea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Bloating
