After eating a chicken quesadilla from Moe’s via DoorDash at 8 PM, my stomach became full and started hurting immediately. I felt nauseous throughout the night, constantly feeling like I had to throw up and trying to burp to relieve the pain. Early the next morning, around 7 AM, I began vomiting and experiencing diarrhea, along with cramps, chills, and a mild fever.
