Chips & Queso Illness - Moe's Southwest grill, Washington District of Columbia

I visit the Washington DC Lfenant Plaza Location. I ordered chips and queso. No food. After eating the chip and dip I experience stomach pain, cramping, diahrrera, vomiting, villa and body aches. Also I have contacted location 3 times and no feed back. No manager on duty on either day. Employee wouldn't give any information on restaurant or any compassion for my sickness | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain, Body Ache
