Dumplings Trigger Severe Illness - Mojo Market, Cape Town Western Cape

Four of us were eating at the Mojo Food Market with friends on 15.03.22. My husband and I had dumplings from which dumplings were standing (opposite the American candy shop) and our friends had ordered other things from other stalls. We didn't eat anything else during the day, because in the evening we both were so bad. It started with diarrhea, then I had a very severe headache and vomiting at night. My husband and I couldn't sleep all night, both had a fever and were scorching hot. It was really that bad. Today, my husband was feeling a little better, he only has diarrhea. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like I'm getting better. I don't wish it on anyone and I want to warn you so that you can enjoy your stay in Cape Town! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
