Sick for 4 days. I was the only one of four in our party who are shrimp tempura rolls. I was the only one who had food poison symptoms. This was reported to the Pinal Co. Health Department. That was about 2 months ago and I never heard back on any follow up., Chills, profuse vomiting, diarrhea woke me started | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea, Chills
