I have been eating morning summit for over 18 months now. I have been getting sick more frequently and the symptoms include headaches, diarrhea, weakness and fevers.The first time I got sick, I didn’t pay attention to my diet due to covid related illness in society. Then I stopped any new items in my diet for 3 months. Each time after 3 months gap I ate morning summit for more than two breakfasts, I got sick in the same exact manner as the first time.
I have no known allergies and no known illness.
I love morning summit but I’m afraid I can’t eat it anymore. Hoping this is something others could benefit from if they too are getting sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Weakness

I be been eating morning summit cereal on and off for about a year Yesterday I had a small bowl with Al milk as usual and experienced nausea within 10 minutes after eating it. The same thing happened today. Guess it’s the cereal. What the?? Too bad I really liked it
