June 19th, 2023 4:15-5:30pm, family dinner. I started to feel unwell pretty soon after the dinner. That night got body chills and aches, woke up with fever, upset stomach and nausea. Felt somewhat better after vomiting, but still fatigued. Other members in the party who ate the same thing, fried chicken, had the same symptoms. Some more severe than others. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Fatigue
