My boyfriend Ate a chicken and mushroom pie and got severe food poisoning from it - our drive home was a nightmare, we had to stop several times on the road and my boyfriend kept vomiting, he vomiting out of the window during our drive home when we coulsnt stop and collapsing to the ground from weakness. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Weakness
