Burrito or Burger Illness? - Muscle Maker Grill,

I'm not sure if it was from surf taco tsunami burrito I had on Monday, or the muscle maker grill burgers I ate on Tuesday but Tuesday night and for 4-5 days afterward I've been dealing with abdominal pain, bad diarrhea, chills, n bad headache which might have been a fever. Was also nauseous | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain
