Mushrooms. Just 1 Got sick within 2 hours after eating them.Husband fried them and put them in my tortellini dish. Soon stomach started severe burning. Diarrhea started. Vominting started.Lasted all night and today.Cant keep food down. My husband had same dish but no mushrooms. He had no symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
