Ate some nacho cheese doritos at about 8pm. Woke up at 5 am with severe nausea, headache, body aches, chills, hot flashes. Spent the rest of the day between vomiting and diahrea. Couldn't even keep liquid down (tea, water) for some time. Lasted all day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Body Ache
