Ate dinner on April 1 at about 9:30pm.
Symptoms of food poisoning started 3 hours after ingesting food. Symptoms included nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, chills, fever, sweating and dehydration. I believe it was the oysters in the food since my girlfriend ordered a different Okinomiyaki, without oysters, and had no symptoms of food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Chills, Sweating
