I was in bed with our young daughter. My partner ordered wings for herself and was up vomiting that night and unwell for several days.I contacted Nandos via the website. They claimed it wasn't food poisoning (it was) and refused to refund my partners order. They offered a £20 goodwill voucher for a future meal. Not much use to my partner who now can't even look at chicken without getting nauseous. Tone deaf response from Nandos and dreadful customer service.
If my partner is ever able to bring herself to eat chicken again, we won't ever order from there again. Dreadful customer service. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea

I had Nando’s from mayflower retail park Basildon in 2021 I got food poisoning from them 100. % it got so bad and I had to go to hospital in the end I had to have my colon removed and now have a stoma bag for life what went from samonela infected my bowel and the hospital said it was cause from raw chicken . That was the last thing I had eating was there chicken wings . I can’t prove it but I know it was them .
