4 chicken thighs and peri chips at Nandos. After having stomach and head pains, I later had a severe bout of diarrhoea and vomiting. Both multiple times. I now feel extremely weak and can barely eat. I strongly feel the chicken has caused this. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Weakness, Stomach Pain
