I had Nando’s last night at 7pm , I had fino pitta with peri peri chips and perinaise . I went to sleep at 11pm and woke up at 5am feeling uncomfortable and sick. I tried to sleep and then at 9am i had diaoreah and then vomited 10+ times and have sharp pain in the lower left of my stomach. I havnt been sick in over 10 years and visit Nando’s regularly | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
