I went to Nando's last night and ordered a chicken wrap and half an hour later started feeling a bit dizzy thought this was just me. in the middle of the night had cramps, and non stop vomititing and diarrhoea and now I'm being taken to hospital. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Cramps
