I found out the following Saturday that my father-in-law was also still sick and visited urgent care after getting sick Monday afternoon with the exact same symptoms. It looks like I did not get sick after eating at Sushi Q, but we did have dinner together on the day before, Sunday, at Nando's Peri Peri in Annapolis, MD. We had the chicken with mild peri peri sauce. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
