I went to Nando’s around 6pm on 5th of July. Had chicken and chips & halloumi, with their sauces. I was extremely full. I kept feeling I had not digested the food as I felt it was stuck in my throat. In the morning I had difficulties getting up & moving, felt extremely weak and struggled to get myself up. I went to work and felt nauseaous all the way there. Kept feeling very ill and ended up vomiting thinking it would make me feel better. I went outside (29C) and was shivering (I knew fever was imminent) I decided to drink some tea as soon as I did I started feeling more nauseous. I went home to discover I had mild fever, still feeling sick and extremely weak | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Weakness
