Probable poisoning from soup at Railway Museum York,
Probably the cafes carrot soup was the source of my partners food poisoning which he consumed 26/10/23 at 12pm. No one else in our family ate it. Soup was kept on a large lidded container in cafe on serving desk. Reporting in case anyone else that day who visited needs to report too. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
