i ate 2 nature valley granola bars 3 hours later while im playing among us i end up vomitting all over my floor, hallway and then washroom floor | Symptoms: Vomiting

I had severe painful gas and diarrhea along with muscle pain in my neck, arms and legs. I tested negative for COVID starting a couple of hours after I ate two nature valley fruit and nut bars. That was Thursday afternoon and writing this on Sunday at 11:30AM. Still gassy, on a bland diet until I feel 100% better!
