This was summer 2022, I ate a small bag of this completely, before I was gardening, then I drank some water with it, and I had crazy heart palpitations right after. I was only sitting down and resting, and before eating my heart was at rest. It was hot outside, but I am a healthy young adult. It went on for twenty minutes, and I actually had to go to the hospital because of this fear of my heart. It wen't down on the way there, and I felt better. Nothing tasted off when eating, just dry snack mix. | Symptoms: Other
