My entire family was sick from our mother's day dinner. All had greek foods with a salad which is I'm guessing mad us ill (2 had vegetarian dinners).

Awful kidney pain, vomiting, diarrhea, headaches, fever | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Other
