- comments: found mechanical ventilation not working for boy's and girl's restrooms 3rd and 2nd floor west side of building. Must repair.

- comments: previous core violation not corrected from report dated 1-24-20 inspection # 2359811. Noted no working ventilation inside the staff toilet on premise. Instructed to repair and have a working ventilation inside all toilets. 7-42-090 priority violation. No citation issued. Must repair.
