Purchased a stromoli from New York Pizza. Found a piece of plastic in it, didn't think anything of this as things like this happen. About 1 hour later i began experiencing severe stomach cramps. 2 hours later i was on the toilet with diarrhea. 3 hours later I was throwing up.The next morning i had blood in my stool.
