On 9/9/18, I bought a pack of Nissin ramen which contained 5 packs from a grocery shop at Blk-119,Aljunied Ave 2. On 11/9/18, I asked my maid to prepared the instant noodle after I finished work at late evening. I have sever stomach-ache and diarrheas in the early morning of 12/9/18. I checked with my maid if the food prepared is not clean. She then told me that she had one pack of the same instant noodle for lunch on 11/9/18 and vomited (no diarrheas) shortly after the said noodle. I asked as to why she didn't mention to me, and she said that she thought it was her own stomach problem. I took some TCM medicine and the diarrheas stop but the stomach still feeling uncomfortable . I checked on the packaging, it stated that the products were manufactured in Indonesia for Nissin Food Singapore Pte Ltd at 1 Senoko Avenue #04-06 Singapore 758297. I still have 3 packs left if you would like to use it as sample. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
