Cockroach infestation. The inspector saw three live roaches and nine dead ones. There was one other critical violation, for food-contact surfaces not being clean: The dishwasher didn’t work, there was mold in the ice machine, the can opener was dirty and dishes weren’t being dried properly. This was the facility’s third B or C grade since 2017 and it was closed because of cockroaches for two days in August 2019.
