I ordered a Sushi carry out at 6pm Thursday 2-29-24 and about midnight I started with diarrhea and vomiting (at same time). I developed an awful headache and had cramps. I kept burping up the sushi smell. I was down for almost 4 days. I was very sick and live alone. Slept on the bathroom floor as it was so bad I couldn’t make it in time to the bathroom. I lost 6 lbs during those days. After 4 days my stools had mucus in them which I was told it was probably bacterial food poisoning. I never want to eat sushi again.Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
