I consumed the noodle box combination dish on Saturday the 11th of January at 1300. I woke up Sunday at 0600 with severe nausea vomiting and diarrhoea just pouring out. I had to present to the local urgent care centre for intravenous hydration and medication. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
