48 Hours Food Poisoning after eating here on valentines day. I ate the penne rosa with the parmesan crusted chicken. I had a 103 degree fever the next day that lasted for 4 hours. Vomitting and Diarrhea didn't stop until 2 days after and stomach cramping is still happening 4 days later.
