- comments: 8-404. 13(b)(3) previous priority foundation violation not corrected from report #2498164 on 4/13/21: 60 - previous core violations from report #2359447 on 1/28/20 were not corrected: 53 - must provide toilet room receptacle with cover for sanitary napkins in unisex employee bathroom on 3rd floor. 53 - noted the employee bathroom door at the 3rd floor not self closing. Instructed to provide a self closing device at the door and maintain. Priority 7-42-090.
