April 13th, early morning, Not sure I thought at first it was the flu because I had very bad chills. I vomited off and on for 12 hours and then had to gradually reintroduce foods. I do keep a food diary for diet purposes and I see nothing out of the ordinary for Tuesday but Monday I had a Kwik Trip veggie snack tray that had ranch dip that seemed a little off. I was the only one out of my family to eat salad from a Pizza Ranch salad bar on the same day. | Symptoms: Chills, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
