Raw steak I ordered a medium sirloin steak from the restaurant mentioned above for supper however they gave me a medium rare. I didn't want to be difficult so i ate it and the next morning i started to feel very nauseous with stomach cramps coming in waves. Its a similar feeling to when I got helico bacter pylori. | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps
