While we can't be 100% positive it's the baby spinach, in retrospect after several of us got sick and timed it with having consumed this spinach, it seems likely. Our 3 year old got sick (throwing up, eventual fever) initially about 5-7 hours after eating a smoothie we made with the spinach. A night later, my wife and I had big salads with this spinach and woke in the middle of the night with nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Sick through the next day and eventually I had a fever for a few hours as well. It was about 24 hours to feel human and better again, but even 2-3 days later my stomach is a touch off. Not having attached it to the spinach yet, our 3 year old had another smoothie with the spinach last night at dinner and woke in the night feeling like he was going to throw up. Seems likely the spinach is the culprit unless a fantastic coincidence. The baby spinach was a large tub of the "O Organics" brand purchased from this location | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
