My 4 year old has been complaining for days that her tummy hurts. Pain killers such as Stilpane and Panado does not help. She has been vomiting but not more than once or twice a day. The pain does not seem isolated such as appendix she says it hurts everywhere. She has no fever. My other kids are teenagers but when they were small we would wait out typical stomachaches and they would pass. The only thing she ate was the kids sushi Platter there on the 8th which no one else ate and she was fine before that. She isn't constipated as she goes to the toilet daily and her stool is firm and brown. Her vomit it yellow or the color of the food she consumed and not green. And no blood is present in her stool. I don't have medical aid and with the current covid pandemic I do not just want to run to doctors and risk possible exposure for her. Is there a bug going around and how long should I still wait before it is critical for her to go to the doctor? The pain comes and goes it is also not constant.
